Cultural aspects

Cultures  is the way of little group of  people – the customs, beliefs, values, social practices, traditions and symbols that  are passed along by communication and  imitation from one generation to the next.  

According to anthropologists, culture encompasses what we eat our language, marriage, music, celebrations, what we believe is right or wrong, our manners, how we greet visitors an a thousand and a thousand other things.

I spent my summer vacation in a friend's house in India, and I was surprised to see how _________ the food in _________ countries is, although there are some __________ as well. ____________ is quite spicy in both countries, but________ some ingredients are different.

In Mexico, beef and pork are widely eaten __________ in India most people eat only vegetables. In both countries it is common for people to eat with their hands. In India dinner is the most important meal of the day, __________ in Mexico it is lunch.

Even though in both countries spicy food is the main characteristic, in India a mixture of different spices is used to make your body heat, while in Mexico chilies are the main ingredient which makes food spicy and hot.

I really loved Indian food and many of its dishes reminded me of similar ones in Mexico.
